Our predictions were based on analysis of media spin and unusually high levels of empty wine bottles outside mortgage holders houses. I like Macaque's posts and would be happy to see my house drop 70% in value in order to give him some reward for the work he does.

If it's some, there are definitly lots out there with >70% off.
