A participant's entry into the Actimel prize draws is subject to these Terms & Conditions and also unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions to the Promoter's Privacy Policy at http://www.actimel.co.uk/PrivacyPolicy.aspx. All participants should read these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

This promotion is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, excluding employees (and their families) of Danone Ltd, its associated companies, their agents and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
To enter, complete the entry form online at www.actimel.co.uk/gmtv . No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per household allowed. No bulk or third party entries will be accepted.
All entry instructions form part of these Terms & Conditions. By entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Entries can only be completed by submitting the entry form online. Illegible, incomplete, corrupt or otherwise defective entries will be invalid.
Failure to comply with the draw terms and conditions will automatically render your entry to this promotion invalid.
The Promotion starts on 20th January 2010 and ends at midnight on 31st December 2010.
One £500 cash prize per quarter as follows: January 20th 2010 - March 31st 2010. April 1st - June 30th 2010. July 1st - September 30th 2010, October 1st - December 31st 2010.
On 1st April 2010, 1st July 2010, 1st October 2010 & first week of January 2011, one entry will be drawn at random from all valid entries received in the preceding quarter. Each draw will be conducted under independent supervision. Each winning entry will receive £500 cash prize.
Each quarter will see a new draw and any entries prior to the start date will no longer be valid.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each winning entrant by email (at the address provided at the time of entry) within 28 days of the respective draw to notify them of their prize and to give them full details of how to redeem it. If, following such reasonable efforts by the Promoter, a winning entrant cannot be contacted or does not respond to the Promoter's notification or is not in a position to accept the prize (for whatever reason), then the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw that entrant's prize entitlement and to select an alternative winning entrant to receive that prize. The Promoter may repeat the process set out in term 7 as many times as is necessary until it has successfully selected and notified the requisite number of winning entrants.
Full details of how to collect and redeem prizes will be provided in the emails to winning entrants notifying them of their prize.
The prize winner can redeem their prize immediately by liaising with GraphicoDMG. GraphicoDMG are a Digital Marketing agency working with Danone Ltd on this promotion. Full details of who to contact at GraphicoDMG will be provided in the email confirming that they have won the prize.
Brief details (name and county) of prize winners can be obtained from Danone Ltd. Please send a self addressed envelope to Danone Ltd, 3rd Floor, International House, London, W5 5DW.
All winning entrants may be required to participate in reasonable publicity and where required to do so the winners consent to cooperate with the Promoter without further recompense.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for illegible, lost, delayed or otherwise invalid entries.
The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions as necessary in case of unforeseen circumstances.
The prize for the prize draw is 4 x £500 cash payments, drawn in accordance with the promotion dates above.
The decision of the Promoter in all matters relating to this Promotion is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

All information collected as part of this promotion is collected by the Promoter and will not be disclosed to any third parties.
