MySurvey (TNS) is ending its contract with Nectar so unfortunately you won't be able to get nectar points in the future from doing their surveys.

  • Thanks for informing us Jordii. Just read this as well:

From May 1 the transfer of your MySurvey points into your Nectar account will no longer happen automatically each week. Instead, your MySurvey points balance will continue to accumulate with each questionnaire you complete. You will then be able to redeem your MySurvey points as you choose; you can continue to transfer your MySurvey points into your Nectar account, or you can choose instead to purchase gift vouchers or to make a donation to MySurvey's chosen charity, Unicef.

You can redeem your points as Amazon vouchers or Capital Bonds. You must also have at least 1000 points to redeem your points for vouchers. Same applies to MySurvey's chosen charity.

That explains why they haven't transferred my points since before Christmas then.

  • You should still get nectar points if you have over 1000 MySurvey points. Maybe you might have to redeem them if you have.

I have had an email back from them today saying that they are having issues with the link to Nectar and they hope to resolve it this week.

Not according to what I’ve read as it says on their website you must have at least 1000 points to redeem your points for vouchers.
