big flat mushrooms dotted with chopped garlic, butter and plenty blue cheese, grilled or in hot oven. gorgeous on their own, fabulous in really good bread bun like a burger.

Or if you have a fair lump
Mix with butter and grated cheddar, squidge altogether until mixed (goes through the fingers beautifully!), lay out on clingfilm and press and shape until a thin rectangle - like a small swiss roll. Heavily sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs of your choice. Roll up, again like a small swiss roll, smoothing as you go. when done, roll in chopped walnuts. Looks dead posh and tastes great. You could just do the mixing up and use as a spread.

Bacon and blue cheese salad. (Rocket leaves, cherry tomatoes, chopped spring onions, thinly sliced radishes and cucumber, crumbled crispy bacon and crumbled blue cheese. Scatter croutons over and a bit of Mr Sainsburys blue cheese dressing and a good grind of black pepper.
Even better with a few slices of avocado added).

;) Felines are my favourite ;)
