Quick question folks (hopefully!)

Does anybody know if the OR allows you any money out of the beneficial interest from a house sale towards the rent and deposit on a new place? I reckon I'll need at least £2k to cover this and agency fees etc ? (It's cardboard city if they don't lol)

Cheers
