Hi
They can only ask for this imformation, the NRP can refuse to give Company accounts. They can only ask for the NRP's income.
I do not know if that is true or not - my ex tried to refuse to provide certain information that is often said need not be provided here, but was told that if you do not provide the information that they have asked for then they will draw their own conclusions from the evidence that they are able to obtain and the reluctance of the person refusing to provide evidence.
It only took a sternly worded letter to bring my recalcitrant ex to provide the info asked for basically outlining the above. As he has an accountant I assume he was advised to go for full disclosure.
My initial letter from them also had a few choice words about the lack of evidence uncovered by the csa (his word and some other things they made up basically). I hope this is commented on in my case.

Yes, that is now they say it meaning they can only request the information. It only took a sternly worded letter to bring my recalcitrant ex to provide the info asked for basically outlining the above. As he has an accountant I assume he was advised to go for full disclosure.
If his has nothing to hide, he would give this imfo.My initial letter from them also had a few choice words about the lack of evidence uncovered by the csa (his word and some other things they made up basically). I hope this is commented on in my case.
The CSA can gather imfo. from IR and other sources.

I have been fighting for years to try and get something out of my ex for maintenance. Seems whether he is employed or self employed. Now even declaring he is earning 700 euros per day (apprx 600 pounds) and the courts are still not making him pay a penny. Guess what because we both live abroad (he left us in Spain) he is able to declare all his trumped up travel costs to see our son which he does 3 times a year in Spain for a weekend and 3 times takes him away on holiday. This keeps up the cost to £10,000 or so he claims with fine wine and dine, mercedes hire car, etc etc. so even if he were to declare an income of £40.000 (last earning when full time employed but not counting bonuses which more than doubled nett earnings) he will end up paying nothing. Guess what he also doesnt agree with. private education so judge says he doesnt even have to pay for this. How come some good fathers get to pay everything and others get away with paying nothing, not even our accommodation. I really mean this man has paid nothing since the day my son was born. How can this be right, but there again noone seems interested in what is right0
