Banana Cake Question

I had planned to make a banana cake with some soft bananas this afternoon but just realised I only have plain flour. Can I use this for a cake(I do have baking powder). Does anyone have a good recipe??
Thanks:)
Thanks:)

mine uses plain flour - here it is
7oz plain flour
1tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp bicarb of soda
4oz castor sugar
2oz marg
1 egg
splash milk
2 (ish) bananas
mixed spice
I cheat a bit but basically mix all the dry ingredients together in a processor then add the rest in and blitz again then bung in a 1lb loaf tin for 1hr at 190oC

It's in the oven, thank you! Do you usually put a toping on?Started Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.

i dont but thats cos i do it as a loaf rather than a cake but i am sure it would be good with a butter icing or just served with custard. It normally comes out really soft/moist. I suppose ou could use more bananas for a stronger flavour.
ETA - its the mixed spice that makes the difference IMHOEmma
