They should send an email pointing out the misprice and cancel the order - they usually offer for you to order again at the full price.
They are fully within their rights to do this I believe under their T&C's.

They should not take the full price.

Can't track mine either, says error, try later, also just checked Bank Account online and they have taken £29.95 not the £19.95 the order was:mad:, have emailed me to say that because I paid by debit card, I have to wait 3 days for them to refund the discount to my card?? Not impressed! Just hope I get the jeans now.

ps also got the littlewoods ones so heres hoping!:D

If you used a discount code this is normal - they take the fiull amount and refund the discount on acceptance of their T&C's on use of the code
