Hello , My daughter being 3 years old now , decided a while ago that my walls and paintwork would look alot nicer in nail varnish and paint !!! :eek::eek::eek:
I live in private rented accomodation and need to get this sorted . if anyone has any ideas of how I can get rid of it please , Preferably so I do not have to re decorate I will be very grateful ??
I have paper on the stairs which is cream coloured which has bright green paint on ?
I have a pale peach coloured paper in the bathroom with very dark burgandy nail varnish on ?
And this weeks episode was mascara on my paintwork { which I hope make up remover will get rid of that }
The areas Im talking about have that paper with patterns on similar to wood chip if you know what I mean . I dont know if that helps ?
Do you think i will have to re paint with the colours being so dark ?
Thankyou

Emulsion should just wash off with warm water, gloss may pick off and leave a mark but otherwise its a long shot but have you tried something with alcohol in like a body spray or perfume? I think nail varnish remover would strip the colour straight off. You can buy liquid paint stripper but is sure to take off the paint underneath too.
If you do have to touch up then get tester pots they are only about £1 each from B&Q.The Summer Holiday of a Lifetime0 -
I think I'd try with nail varnish remover.
Perhaps you should lock away your make-up! Your daughters artistic efforts could end up being an expensive hobby. :rotfl:0 -
