How does the child benefit depart KNOW a child has left school? Does the school tell them? Do they rely on the parent receiving it to tell them? Does something get sent out to the parent when the child has turned 18?
They don't need to be told, it's actually the other way aroundNo longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
I wouldnt have thought that the school will tell the child benefit people that a pupil has left education - I should have thought that it will be on the parent/s to stop claiming or notify the correct department, other than that it will no doubt stop at the 18th birthday unless you notify them that the child is still in full time education.Weight Loss - 102lb0
