Sorry if this has been posted on the wrong board
I've been trying all day to order something from https://www.whsmith.co.uk
I enter my email address but it won't accept my password. I've even selected the forgotten password failicity so it's emailed me a new one. I've then cut and paste it into their website but still it tells me that my email address or password is incorrect.
Same problem using my wife's email address.
Have WHS stopped accepting hotmail email addresses? Is anyone else having difficulty plogging into their account please?
