    You got to laugh at them Sammy....they might have been all glamed up but they weren't really benefitting from being there! Sweat like a pig is the way forwards :)

    How far did you get Sammy?

    Did 3.5k on the treadie in 28 mins....then 9 mins on the cross trainer (hate that stupid machine) and then back on the treadie for 10 mins and did another 1.5k (hills).....so 5k in total....:T

    DD2's boyfriend has offered to come for a six mile run on Sunday:eek:
