    Hugs Pooky. I think part of the reason for the benefits system being how it is is to put people off claiming.

    It's all covered insurance wise Sally - there was a third car that went into the back as welll so they have to cover the insurance and then there some sort of motor insurers fund that sorts it all out. There will be a decent payout at the end of it (but that doesn't pay the bills now) but that doesn't give DH the use of his legs back.....if he was being reckless and driving like a fool then you can sort of lay some blame somewhere but it was all beyond his control.

    Like I say - just having a pmt moment - think I may just eat the entire tub of rocky road and be done with it :D
