Debt recovery agencies

Are they regulated?

I owe ebay £96 - but had a company iQOR send me a letter detailing I must pay the full amount in 3 days or they will start court proceedings

I cant find £96 straight away and they were quite pushy on the phone. What can I do?

  • You just need to sort out a payment arrangement with them. That would more than likely include putting together a financial statement and working out what you can afford. There's a sticky for first time posters at the top of the board which has details on how to complete a financial statement to send to them.
