God I cant believe he didnt check the paperwork! He's been lucky with his profit at the end though.

Yes but to be honest its not him I am bothered about its Brighton he will make a profit without a doubt its the young couple who are £50,000 in debt (actually £110,000 with extra loan and mortgage) who I am amazed at - we shall have to wait until after the break to see what happens

I didn't watch the show but I bet it all turned out ok in the end. In the other series' no matter how grim it all looked or how plain dumb the people were, it always ended with them making their profit. Wish life was always like that.

I agree with you in the main there toto, they never show people get stuffed over- apart from the flat in Islington last week where they stuffed themselves well and truly CC & loaned to the hilt to the tune of almost 100k if I remember rightly.

these programmes have got a lot to answer for- good job me & you can see through it eh? ;)
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

I also agree with you both however I do like property ladder I think sarah beany is quite sensible - there were a couple of people in the last series who got their fingers burned also. I don't think the young couple did well out of it either it will take 10-12 weeks to sell so they are still paying mortgage meanwhile interest is being added to their debts - Sarah was right get a job and do it on the side if he had too
