Tax code query

I'm looking for some help with my tax code, as I have just received my payslips from one of my employers and noticed I have different tax codes and I'm totally clueless about things like this.
I currently have 2 part time jobs, one working 10 hours a week for which I have the tax code 647L and a second job where I'm contracted for 4 hours a week but normally work around 16, for which I have the tax code BRCUM.
Is this correct? Should they not be the same?
Thanks

As both of the jobs contract hours are probably under £125 per week then the tax code should be split between them. At the moment you will be paying too much tax as the second job is probably paying more than the first and has no tax allowance. Phone your tax office and they will split it for you. Any overpayment will then be refunded in your pay.0
