I am currently have the following mortgage with Yorkshire BC…
Repayment £12,689 ending Dec 16 on a fixed rate of 6.39% ending Feb 2013
Interest only £30k ending Dec 16 on a fixed 6.39% ending Feb 2013
And Repayment £13,300 ending Dec 21 on a fixed 5.89 ending Mar 2013
Early repayment charge £2130 on the (Feb 2013) part and £664 on the (Mar 13) part
Would I save money looking for a better deal ?
