Just phoned and got the intensive hand repair cream. She did make me explain quite carefully why I had phoned and what the offer was all about, and how I had seen it, and asked me if I had phoned just for the offer or for a consultation as well. I had to explain any skin probs I had and she did try to sell me some products, said if I spent £35 today I would get a free gift worth £49 as well. However, I said I would just have the free gift today and have a think about the rest and peruse the website, and she was very pleasant and happy to leave it at that. She promised my handcream was on its way, so altogether fairly painless and a big thank you to the OP.

Got through as well,she wasn't pushy but she did ask if I used the website. Not sure how long they will keep the offer on with the amount of calls they are receiving?

Got through really quickly, the lady was lovely and she asked me about any skin concerns I had and advised products but no hard sell, I said I would check them out on the website. Sending out the papaya peel.
