this looks like a cheap trick, i searched for hp 45 catridges and it came up with two items -exactly the same, one for aroudn £15 with 'free' shipping and one £11.99 with shipping that had to be paid for!

Hewlett Packard make 2 different HP45's (different yields).

I suspect the HP45's you have looked at are different cartridges. Which one is which on Ebuyer is anyones guess:
