Hi Guys
A friend of mine who works for a large energy company has a meeting on friday about their jobs , he would take VR if offered , but wants to know the situation with the dole office if you take it , as opposed to compulsory Redundancy ?
Does it set you back form claiming , as if you have been sacked etc ?
