This looks a great printer and although mine is ok and I have quite a few catridges left on mine, the Direct DVD printing makes this very tempting. BTW, and I am in no way affiliated, the best ink supplier I have seen is from a company called 'nutronic-ltd' - search ebay by seller- you will be amazed!! The inks are very good too.

It seems to charge me two lots of VAT when I try order this printer off Ebuyer ???

Just tried Ebuyer and it does charge much more for the printer >:(
Just tried to order it and it says total £75.01 with free postage (Super Saver)
Should be £61.99 delivered (including VAT)
Will email ebuyer and complian about it, dont know what they will do about it, Probably nothing as usual and just put the price back up

I think it's that the Ex VAT price is now £63.83 rather than the advertised £52.75.

They probably (I think they do IIRC) have some intelligence on the website that increases prices on popular items. There were 1999 in stock when you ifrst posted this. I bought two then. Stock is now 1209 so I'd say they have sold a few recently.

Does suck though. Perhaps the price will drop again.

I have also noticed that there stock flucturates at times. I have cancelled items before to re-order at a better price before shipping.

Also they have been known to ship printers (grey imports) with 2 pin Euro plugs.  So either get a shaver plug adaptor or a new lead.

or cut the end off and put a 3 pin on it...dead easy.

5 sets from there comes to only £29.95.  That's £10 cheaper.  If you choose interlink (1 - 2 days) delivery the total inc. postage is £35.78.
