I cant see Santander agreeing to remove it.
Her side of the bargain was to pay a monthly sum, on time in full.
Wrong address info is irrelevant. In the agreement she signed there wont be a clause saying 'you dont have to pay each month if we send something to a wrong address'
Would she allow her boss not to pay her for months on end as long as her boss said it was'nt the bosses fault / they sent stuff to a wrong address?0
