Slow cooker recommendations

Hi Folks

My trusty slow cooker of nearly 25 years has finally exhausted itself. It was very basic only on and off. Can you please recommend a replacement? I have several receipe books so would like to experiment. Hopefully I can get the replacement in the sales.

Thanks

Mags

from Argos its one of their WOW value ranges cost £10. and holds 2 litres. Its quite small in diameter but deep (kind of like a tin of paint). It has 3 settings Low, High and Keep Warm. The lid isnt quite as heavy as others (according to the reviews it can rattle a tiny bit sometimes) but some foil will do the trick I am told.

There are others available obviously but this is fine for the 2 of us so far!
