Can I make the bread without salt? Some say it is not good without!

You could - but it would taste awful! I honestly think that people make too much fuss about salt. If you make your own food from scratch you will use far less than if you were buying ready made food. 1tsp of salt in a loaf isn't excessive.0 -
The recipes my BM come with use quite a lot of sugar & salt so I cut them down to my own tastes, like justamum says it would taste horrible with no salt at all0
