Letter from MP

Hi all

Futher to my complaints with the CSA over their mistakes,I have asked my MP for help as they don't seem to be investigating them.

My MP has wrote back, stating he has written to the Chief Executive of the CSA asking him to investigate my case.

Would it be better to wait for a response or continue with a complaint to the ICE ?

Please could anyone advise ?

  • Hi, you can't go to ICE just yet. You have to wait until the CSA act on your MP's request via and look into the mistakes which you are claiming via the CSA's Parliatmentary Resolution Team. When you get an answer, you can appeal it, then if still not happy, you take it further to ICE.

    Hope that helps.
  • Hi
Thanks for replying, i was not sure but i had never heard about Parlimentary resolution team before.....

I have appealed to the high court of appeal, but have been refused permission because i was out of time for the commissioner.

However the high court Judge did say there were considerable errors of dispute and that the CSA need to investigate these, as he viewed my complaint letter and there response in court.

If this complaint is not resolved and I appeal, would this start the whole appeal again ?????
