hi kemo and welcome to mfw's thread. As you are at home with your little one then definitely do all the survey sites and cashbacks that you can, dooyoo as well is a good one to do while LO is asleep or in the evenings.
do the free scratchcards daily also as this builds up slowly but surely.
Also ebay, look out for bargains that you could possibly sell on for profit but do your homework on it first.
 good luck hun xMPs left feb '08 276- Dec 13 36 :T MB Jan 10 ~ £82,377 Dec 13 ~ £29987

Kemo no need to leave a debt is debt be it mortgage or loan. Kemo check you benefits figures aagin. CB is £20 a week or £80 every 4 weeks and tax credits basic is about a tenner a week but 2 if your baba is under 1. If you are a low income family it will be more but on a take home of £1550 I guess your OH earns about 25kMF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/2000 0 0

oh yes, £80 CB AND £40 CHILD TAX = £120
she is just over 1 so amount has now gone down - i guess this might be hte thread for me, we got a 10k loan but ive always included it with the mortgage as we got it to do the house up (no central heating or double glazing)
Dug out my mortgage statement from last yr says i get charged for over payment; well it actually says an early repayment charge applies if u wish to pay all or part of your mortgage off, does tht mean ill hv to save it all in a separate acc and pay off a lump when my current deal end (in 7 yrs tho!)
No idea about loan, its with northern rock, when i sign onto website it never brings anything up so if i gussed with intrest prov owe about 11k sucks when we only took loan out for 10k and been payin it almost 3 yrs!! 0 so if i gussed with intrest prov owe about 11k sucks when we only took loan out for 10k and been payin it almost 3 yrs!! 0

Check you KFI if you still have it, I am on a fixed too and I am allowed to overpay 10% of outstanding amount per year. See you have just found another £60 a month
 I think NR should be sending you loan statements maybe give them a call.MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/2000 0 0

Just thought of a couple of things. Infected wisdom teeth - swish around with hot salty water. Also you can get a toothbrush with a tiny head (I get mine from the dentist) to clean around them - you get all sorts of food junk where they're cutting your gum. I'm 44 and the bl**dy things are still coming through very slowly and have been for years!
Second thing - I really like Shop&scan if you can get onto it - see upping your income threads. It seems like a fairly painless way to me to raise £60 in the year.
 Well done on the Ebaying so far - very impressive! :TPredicted Net Worth 31/12/2018: -£38,898.03/-£34,616.86Target 31/12/2019: -£25,000Extra Income 2019: £1,500/£732.38Target Weight Loss 2019: -14 LBs/-2.5 LBsAs at 3/4/2019 MFiT-T5 No 490

Update - Phoned mortgage lender this morning, can pay up to 10% of the balance without penalty, so thats £7100 per 12 months or £591 per month (i wish!!)
 So thats good to know
No updates on hte loan, ive emialed northern rock to ask why i cannot access the loan online, i cant phone because its in my OHs name and getting him to ring it like trying to get blood out of a stone. But going on last years statement i would say about £11.5k (inc interest) - at least if i can pay it off early it should be less? ?
Update on tooth - had to go A&E they gave me a scan and some antibiotics, they couldnt see what the problem was as my mouth was that swollen!
I still think its wisdom tooth, so as soon as this swelling does its coming out
I dotn know what im more scared of, the pain or the cost!:eek:0
