Credit Default less than a year to go

I have one credit default on my credit file this has been stopping my partner and i from getting a other mortgage. The credit default shows satisfied on report with less than a year to go till the six years are up we have a £14000 Depoist we have seen a house at £95000 is there any mortgage companys willing to lend on this at the moment.
