Do you do a daily budget?
Your food/household shopping seems a bit high, anyway you can reduce this? Can you go to freeview rather than have satellite til you pay off some of your credit cards/overdraft?
You don't mention how much your overdraft is/ or what the APR is on your credit cards.
Gas and electric seem to be a little high. Do you pay this monthly and send them a reading or do you just pay by direct debit with an estimate?
Bank account fee is possibly too high, depending on the benefits you get from the account. I would switch to a non fee paying account if it was me.
