Sandwich Ham

Every week without fail I am throwing out thin sliced sandwich ham that is out of date (and I dont just go by the use by date - I use the see if it smells alright and isnt dry/slimy test) unless I get OH to accept a ham and mushroom omlette with it.
I need ideas on how to use it up - if I catch it early enough I make up sandwiches and freeze them for lunches but what else could I make with it.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Slice it up into thin strips and mix it with cheese - Great on jacket potatoes.

I cut this into strips and add it to my macaroni and cheese.

I divide it up into smaller portions and freeze it. If I have extra I use it in quiche, toasted sandwiches, to top pizza or add it to chicken fried rice.
