Hi,
I have both a co-op and a barclays bank account. Barclays have recently withdrawn my online banking which is making things a bit difficult to keep an eye on my budget so to speak. My questions are :
1) can I open another co-op account to transfer money too to cover my bills
2) and keep the barclays account so I can transfer our weekly shopping budget into this account.
3) and the other co-op account put money in which we were allowed for holidays and surplus money that we get (not much hope of that though:()
oh and last one, does anyone know if you pay cash in at the post office to a co-op account how long does it take to show in the account
thanks

If Barclays have just withdrawn your online banking they may be sending you a letter giving you notice of your account being forcibly closed.
They seem to be culling loss leading customers by the boatload at the moment (i.e those that have no prospect of holding credit facilities etc).
And no, new accounts opened post BR are no business of the OR.Cashback Earned ¦ Nectar Points £68 ¦ Natoinwide Select £62 ¦ Aqua Reward £100 ¦ Amex Platinum £48
