What was the use by date on them when you froze them?

Have they been defrosted for more than 24hrs? If not then you can use them - Or of course if they are still in date.

I agree with Mr Lahey, they'll be fine :)

I've often forgotten about something I've defrosted & found & eaten it a few days later & am still here to tell the tale :D

They'll almost definitely be fine - I've kept defrosted frozen sausages in the fridge for three or four days before now, and never had a problem.

I'd do the look and sniff test, though, just to be on the safe side - as long as they look and smell OK then go ahead. Enjoy your sausages!

Yeah, give them a sniff and decide from that. I pay very little attention to dates on food, and I am still here to tell the tale!
    Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!
  • you will know by the smell!
