Even beter if you do give them your telephone number if you have a free 0870 / 0871 number that earns you money!Life should be a little nuts; otherwise it's just a bunch of Thursdays strung together.0 -
How does one get a free 0870/0871 number?0

Hi,
If anyone does take a test drive a 1400 Studio, Please could you PM your thoughts. Theres a chance I will be getting one, but no one has a 1400 I can test drive yet. If I am paying 10k for a car thats worse than a Fiesta 1400 I aint going to bother!
Regards

I'm pretty sure the 1.4 focus has always been underpowered, I don't think the new one has changed the engines much (but I could be wrong). Unless you really want the new look, it's probaly worth looking at the older model focus. There are bound to be good deals to be had on delivery milage on these now. You can get a 1.6 5dr zetec (which I can recommend) with a few K milage for around 8K at https://www.motorpoint.co.uk for example.0 -

My girlfriend bought a brand new 2.0TDci Mondeo for £12,300 18 months ago (from a main dealer in Bristol) and her brother bought a brand new 1.4l Focus 10 months ago online for just over £8k please don't pay full whack for these great cars when you don't have to.

Hi,
I know this is off topic, but I thought it would be good to good to post about my car.
I ending up buying a 1400 Peugeot 206 Estate 8 month old on a 04 plate for £6789 from a local main dealer. Its got Air con, and a boot big enough for a pram! Mileage is just over 12000 and I pick the car up tomorrow..... Fingers crossed!
Best regards
Baz

Just been today for a test drive and what a great looking and driveable car (can't afford one though). Salesman said that Ford had only sent them the higher spec cars for demonstrators at the mo but the lower models should be available soon.
Took test drive and then went into the service dept and the woman duly(?) put me the 5000 nectar points on my card just like that - thanks very much.
Although you didn't get much "inside" the LX or Studio i'm sure there are other cars which have more in them such as CD's, electric windows and all that for the same if not lower price. However can't really fault Ford as my Fiesta as been lovely.
Just a note to finish while working on the finance he said our PX car was worth £1k but as we were walking out he said how much do you think it's worth - we said £2k and 2 mins later he said it could be worth £2k if we could do a deal!**BERTIE**Did you Know: It costs more than £325,000 a day to run the lifeboat service? (with no government funding) Please donate to the RNLI0 -
I called up today to book my test drive, was honest and said i have no intention of buying a car doing it purely for the points and the guy said well to save both our times come in and i will just put the points on for ya
just drove down to my nearest garage (which is about 2 miles away) they put the points on there and then so done and dusted in about 10 mins and just earnt £25 im well chuffed0
