Mortgage Lenders Basd on Monthly Repayment ?

Does anyone know of a high st lender who will provide a mortgage based on the amount I'm able to pay monthly as opposed to the usual 3/4 times my salary ?
I am looking for approx £140k on a £200k property
I can afford a max of £900 per month, I am married but my wife is currently a Housewife.
I am always wary of brokers as they all seem to have different fees, I would like a name I can trust ?

There are a few lenders that will look at affordability rather than simple income multiples, however they would still need to know what your income is so they can use their calculators to work out a loan figure.

Do you have any other financial commitments? This will impact on the loan amount. The loan to value is in your favour, but you would still need a good salary to the loan amount on your income alone.
