Under CSA1 does the proceeds from the sale of the house you live in class as income?

No, only any interest that you accrue from it if it's in a savings account.0

Capital is not treated as income, but as others have stated - interest generated from capital can be treated as income. You also have to be aware of the variations of "assets capable of producing an income"....if your capital is in excess of £65k - notional income can be calculated!!0

Done it with me
Now proven that i didn't owe the arrears
Once this batch of **ck ups has been dealt with i will get the liability oders /inihibition orders looked at complaints then take it further as my wife is out of pocket0
