I know this an old post but this code still works. I used it today for a US hire :j . Plus I did it via Topcashback and also got a further 10% cash back
This worked in Guernsey? Does it work anywhere else outside the USA? I just booked a rental car with Hertz yesterday! Wish I had known about this if it does work outside US.
