Aqua & CCCS DMP

Hi there,
Small issue (I will call CCCS on Monday I think) - but I have a small situation with Aqua Card (part of HBOS/Halifax). Most creditors have accepted DMP so far - but they are asking for wageslips or 3 months bank statement and are saying the CCCS pro-rata offer is incorrect.... i.e. I think they are using the conventional vs. the CCCS calculation which I know factors in contractual monthly payments. They originally claimed not to have heard from CCCS so I sent them the Creditor Lists and payments and my budget which they said they needed when i called them.
Thoughts on how I should handle? Was thinking of mailing back requesting that they should contact CCCS for all of this. I don't think its reasonable to have to send 3 months POI and thought they would recognise the CCCS pro-rata calculation....
Thanks all

I had similar with Aqua and my DMP with CCCS. I sent in my financial statement and they sent it back asking for wage slips and bank statements, I called them and they told me I didnt need to send them as it was sorted with CCCS and they just confirmed on the phone the amount and date they will have the payment by. The thing is my husband also has a Aqua card on CCCS too and they didnt ask for this for him.
Maybe give them a ring and see if they still ask for this as it may be crossed wires again, seems they are good at this. They also told me they hadnt heard from CCCS either at an earlier date, I think they were sat on the letters for weeks.0 -
Basically check with CCCS that the offer was fair.
If it is, then Aqua/HBOS can "lump" it.
You are not required to provide them with any info other than that done through CCCS.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

SOA is all you need to provide, as your dealing with CCCS they can sort it out on your behalf.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -
thanks all for the advice - i'll check with CCCS on Monday to see if they've received any acceptance. My letter from Aqua took 12 days to arrive so its possible wires could have crossed.0
