Scared - DMP and Charging Orders?

Ive just notices that a couple of ppl on the forum have had one of these placed on their property! I owe Egg in excess of £21k - even if I neter a DMP can they still pursue a Charging Order through the Courts??
Focusing on clearing the credit cards in 2018 :T

they can go for a charging order if you miss payments on DMP there is a really good factsheet on this https://www.nationaldebtline.org.uk have a quick look at it, should answer all your questions chick.
A charging order is really a last resort, and judges don't usually accept the request if you are making a determined effort to pay.0 -

Howdy, Hate to be a buzz killer but being on a DMP won't stop them going for a charging order...
AND they are really popular at the moment and are being granted 99% of the time by courts all over the land.
