I made B try on all her summer clothes today to see what fits and what doesn't. She has enough to see her through :) She will need sandles and new school uniform for summer (green check dress) but still think I should be able to keep my clothes budget under £100. Bonus is that I now have a pile of summer clothes that I can ebay and get a bit of money from.

sal - will keep an eye on charity shops up here, cause green check dresses are often in the shops here for 50p/£1......

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

What sort of time were you thinking of coming back on the Sunday? (Just need to work out plans for picking kids up when I get back)

    Half the shop!

My OH works away for 3.5 months at a time, so before he goes we always do a big shop before he goes. And I mean big. The cupboards and freezer are full to bursting with goodies. :T He hates to think that I've not got enough food and can't afford to buy any. He's got no debts unlike me.

He was meant to be back a few weeks ago but due to Visa issues, he couldn't come home. As the cupboards were bare and the freezer half full, I had free reign of Asda online! :rotfl::rotfl:

When he's coming home, I really don't know. There are massive problems gettng his work visa issued and the American Government have stepped in - he works for a company that support the US Forces. So I predict he'll be home at some point next year!
