Donna - if you have your receipt you could take it back and get a refund if you are not happy with it.
There would be nothing to stop you changing your mind and then buying one at the lower price
Your really can not beat a good bargain !!!0 -
Anyone know of anywhere in south london that has these?
Burgh Heath, Roehampton and Wallington are not doing this promotion.0 -
If its after 28 days then they'll only take it back if it's faulty.randan wrote:Donna - if you have your receipt you could take it back and get a refund if you are not happy with it.

Is it any good ? I was looking at it today and decided it was to much hassle with weighing foods etc.
I am used to an auto weight defrost panasonic that is still going strong and it is 20 years old, but wife wants to replace it with a combi microwave0 -
Just checked the Hatfield and Watford branch and they have not got the Dyson dc14. They did say that they were launching a new promotion of Dysons next week but were unable to reveal the details .0

OK this has come back to haunt me. The first time I used it the glass plate broke and when I took it back the shop said I had to return the whole machine for a replacement. I went on holiday next day but my mother kindly took it in when I was away and got what she thought was a like for like replacement. On return from holiday yesterday I realised she'd been given a micro/grill not a micro/grill/oven. When I phoned the shop today they are offering me the £34.99 back but not a replacement because the range has changed and the new ONN micro/grill/oven is £99. Am I entitled to ask for a replacement of the goods I bought or is the micro/grill the best I'll get from them?0
