HP Agreement termination
Options
Hi,
Yes I know...its illegal to sell your car if its still within a HP Agreement etc.
I'm selling my car which has a settlement at 15k....value I can get for it is about 16.5, my options are sell it privately OR get ripped of by a dealer.
What options have I got? The dealer surely won't pay me the difference I know that!!!
Thanks

The reason you cannot sell it, is because you do not own it.
If you have paid 50% though you can hand the car back and make no further payments.0
