Tooltime - Help needed

Hi

I placed an order online via this company's own website on 13th January and paid via paypal.
I rang them on 19th Jan to enquire where the order was to be told it would be here 20/21 Jan. It is now 22nd Jan and still no order, although the status on the order shows despatched 19th Jan.
I have been trying to ring them all morning and it is either engaged or just rings out.
Does anyone have an email address for them or advise what I can do.

Update.
Eventually got hold of them by phone on friday afternoon 22/01. It transpired that even though the DHL paperwork had been printed on 18/01 my parcel was still in the warehouse waiting to go on to the pallet for delivery. It was only sent on 22/01 because I managed to speak to them and give then what for.
The girl I spoke to was blaming DHL for lack of delivery and complaining that they cannot cope as they are sooooo busy with own website, 2 ebay accounts and an Amazon account...... well surely they need more staff then!!!!!.
I have just discovered that I have also ordered something through them via ebay. I ordered through powertime online and because I have not received the goods, have just opened a dispute through paypal and the claim says I have paid tooltime aaaaagh!!! Did I do something bad in a past life???

Beware, if buying through ebay, watch out for powertime-online and tooltime, customer service is non existant and they do not reply to emails.
