Mortgage Help - Discharged BR

Hi, apologies if I am posting this correctly but I am desperate for some help.
I declared myself bankrupt 2 and a half years ago and was discharged 2 years ago. Since then I have got married to and my husband has perfect credit and is a home owner.
We are now looking to sell the property we live in and move to another area but I can't seem to find a mortage company who will lend to us even though my husband's credit rating is very high.
Does anyone know of any mortgage brokers/ lenders that are any good and may be able to help??

Not looked at anyone yet we have 10% deposit in equity from our current home.
Would it be better if my husband got a mortgage with his dad?0 -
Hi sarah,
As advised you could try a broker. Could OH get mortgage in just heis name, or as you suggest in his and his dads name, as long as you are cool about not been on the mortgage anything is worth a try.
Good luck, let us know how you get on.
