RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.capitalfm.com apply to ‘Monster.co.uk Make Today Happy’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on 25/01/10 only (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is 95.8 Capital FM.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

1) Details of the Competition

1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the word “Happy” to 83958 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
1.2 The winner will be determined by being selected at random and announced on air. They will also be notified via a phone call off air.
1.3 All entrants will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If entrants fail to answer their phone or if any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller, another contestant will be selected at random.
1.4 There will be a minimum of eight executions per day between 7am and 7pm.

£1,000
Please note: This will be fulfilled via a cheque within 21 days of winning

P.s As local Txt rate T&C does NOT mention one entry per person so i am txting more then once.......... as u have a 15 minute window each hour to enter

why have you only got a 15 minute window? and what times will that work out between then?
