    Oh I don't know?..Appears to be lots of threads on here at the moment from people with "hairbrained" ideas of buying property, whether it's "Tumbledown Cottage" or "brother's flat" for a £1.00 and rent it back for £500.00!!

    Even if purchased and corrected, it'd be probably impossible to insure and impossible to sell on.
