If you could have only one...

I am streamlining my cleaning!
There are so many products out there, and so many ways to spend money and generate waste, I really want to minimize my cleaning.
If you could have only one all-purpose-cleaner, what would you pick?
What cannot be done with Cif/Jif, Vinegar and dishsoap?
What other ways have you found to streamline consumption in your home?

if i could have only one
it would be 1 part vinegar, 1 part lemon juice, 4 parts water
and i use lemongrass oil for fragrance
i use this for 85% of my cleaning anyways
it leaves tiles and mirrors streak free
cleans kitchen grease/counters/sinks etc etc very easily
i use in a spray bottle
i never buy store bought cleaners
and make my own laundry gel, floor cleaner etc
but the lemon/vinegar would be my one staple0 -
I am a Stardrop convert - lots of MSE Old-Stylers swear by it.0

if you could only have ONE thing for cleaning EVERYTHING?
then it would have to be stardrops...
as much as i love the smug satisfaction of cleaning with a vinegar mix when my counterparts are all buying the latest soapscum cleaner in ever expensive bright packaging that wont do half the job...
you cant wash up with vinegar, you cant get the dishes done (in a sink or dishwasher) with it
I use stardrops on everything!0 -

Can I ask where you get yours from?Put the kettle on.0 -
Apart from water, vinegar, washing up liquid and biological washing liquid, I would say salt ( for scouring) and bleach ( I have to be practical about somethings with 6 cats).Put the kettle on.0

that's pretty much all I use - although i do have a bottle of stardrops lurking somewhere
I try to find extra uses for things - for example biological laundry detergent is good for shifting burnt on food on pans, hob etc. don't buy stain removers like Vanish etc just pre soak with the detergent.
It's not just about saving money either - you end up saving precious storage space tooweaving through the chaos...0
