    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    I'm glad I've got my lunch now! (treated myself to M&S avocado and feta salad with edamame beans and bulgar wheat and minty yoghurt dressing, plus a tin of tuna - yum :D)

    I had the 'Fuller longer' couscous, butternut squash and chicken salad on Tuesday, it was lovely!

    That sounds nice Linda, didn't see that in ours.

    According to Top Shop email I've just got, shorts are in fashion for spring *holds stomach in* Although I'm not sure they mean British spring if they expect us to go round dressed like this!
