Help please just staring all this.

Hi

I have read threads on here and alot have helped my try to understand what is going to happen with me.
I have been out of my property now for the last 3 months after a break up. I have moved out of the area to be closer to friends and family.
I have not paid my mortgage or secured loan for this period but have put the house up for sale.
I now have a letter telling me that they are going to reposess my house on the 27th of Jan.
This is not a problem for me as I do not want it anymore. I was just wondering if anyone could give me some advice regarding what I need to do and if I need to go bankrupt after the house has been repo to clear my debt.

Many Thanks
