Are we in trouble?
We fixed into our mortgage two years ago which comes to an end in April, we bought the house for 120,000 and owe 114,000 BUT with the recession is the house going to end up worth less? Im really confused please help

have a look at your current mortgage paperwork - in theory it should detail what happens at the end of the fixed rate term, such as for example, that your mortgage will revert to the lender's svr.0
