Surveys.com

Hope I have posted this in the right place. Over the last few years I have completed quite a few surveys with Surveys.com but I have no idea what points I have accumulated and have never redeemed anything with them.. I decided to email them tonight. The contact e-mail address was pamhughes@surveys.com. I received a 'delivery failure notification'. I have checked their site and this is the only contact address. I wondered if anyone else is a member of this site and if they have encountered any problems or have another e-mail address to contact them. Thanks for your help

They pay their surveys through ipoints - it takes about a month for the points to show up. Have you checked your ipoints account to see what's there?
I've emailed Pam Hughes in the past and got a reply - can't find the email address now though in case it's changed.
Or you could try customer service
"If you have any questions, please contact customer support at help@Surveys.com"

All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Hello, Thank you for your message. If you would like to check your ipoints rewards details, go to https://www.ipoints.co.uk and log in to view your rewards for completing surveys. You should be able to find points there for surveys you've completed together with information about what they can be exchanged for.
Unfortunately the allocation of ipoints is not yet automated, so the process can take several weeks to be completed. This means that any surveys you've recently completed may not be showing. Also, you may not qualify for some of the surveys that are sent to you (after answering the first few questions) and in those cases you will be included in a prize draw rather than receive ipoints.
I hope this answers your questions and I look forward to inviting you to participate in another survey in the near future.
    Regards,
    Pam Hughes
