Nhs first self appraisal

Hi i work for the NHS as a aseptic assistant in a sterile production unit manufacturing eye drops, morphine?

devices and alot lot more, well i have been here nearly a yr and have my appraisel nxt mth, well i have to complete this and hand this in when i go in with my meeting,well theres a part where you have to fill in put evidence forward at the end og the yr review, asking did i achieve your objectives, which competencies have you signed off is there a project you r proud off, copies off learning logs'cpd folder. Well im npt sure what to write, i have completed logs as when we started we had to be observed while manufacturing items in the isolator and completed 5 out off 6, im not sure off the project part. Please can anyone help me Thankyou

If you are really not sure about the project part then go and ask the person you will be having the meeting with what sort of things they want. Your appraiser is supposed to be there to help you, especially through the first one (I know that because its part of my NHS job)
I would think that all you are being asked for is to think about a task that you did well, why you think it went well, what (if anything) you learnt from that task that you could or wouldn't do again and then write it down.
